Problems seeing other people's screen when they're sharing?

I'm using the Amazon Chime 4.39.8648 version. At a video meeting, someone is sharing her screen; everyone can see it but me. I've checked my settings and there is nothing related to screen sharing or permissions. I have tried rebooting the app and coming back to the meeting with no luck. Any idea why it's happening and how to fix this? Thanks!
