OWL LabsHello, I got the OWL on Saturday and had it today in use. Unfortunately, the camera has turned off several times and the speaker output changed back to the computer which has changed again shortly thereafter to the OWL. When I had it on the lap top the camera turns off after a certain period of time... what is the reason for this?
If you have performed a software update, manufacturers issue firmware updates from time to time, which you should be able to find on the manufacturer's website. If you have technical problems with a product, contact your dealer where you purchased the device. The manufacturer also offers product support to customers. What does the manufacturer say about your technical problem? It could also be the power supply, if it does not supply enough power, then the camera could go off.
