  • General features
    • Whiteboard enhancements - Windows, Appliances, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc, Win zrc, Web zrc
      Users can start a meeting from an open whiteboard, access their whiteboard content, as well as access their existing whiteboards on Zoom Rooms Touch devices.
    • Companion whiteboard in a Zoom Room - Mac
      An additional Windows-based Zoom Rooms for Touch device, or touch-based Zoom Rooms appliance, can be deployed in a regular Zoom Room for use as a companion whiteboard. This is useful for Mac based Zoom Room deployments with 1-3 screens that could benefit from having a touchscreen for interactive whiteboarding and annotating during a screenshare. A Zoom Rooms Controller controls the Zoom Room, whereas the additional Zoom Rooms for Touch device is used for whiteboard and screensharing only.
    • User interface updates - Win zrc, Web zrc
      The Zoom Rooms user interface (UI) has been updated to provide a more consistent experience. The new UI aligns with the Zoom desktop and mobile clients, matches Zoom's current branding, and provides an optimized information architecture to better meet user needs.     • Support for cloud whiteboard - Win
      An additional Windows-based Zoom Rooms for Touch device, or touch-based Zoom Rooms appliance, can be deployed in a regular Zoom Room for use as a companion whiteboard.

    • Zoom Rooms Voice Commands
      Zoom Rooms Voice Command accuracy has been improved and is now in general availability.
    • Upgrade alerts for free accounts - Win, Mac, Appliances, ZP Appliances, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      Personal Zoom Room users with a free account will receive a notice when their remaining meeting time reaches ten minutes. The notice includes information on how to upgrade.
    • Update to NDI library - Win, Mac
      Upgraded from NDI 4 to NDI 5.
    • Proxy Support for Zoom Rooms integrated with Zoom Phone - Win, Mac, Appliances, ZP Appliances, iPad ZR
      Zoom Rooms have proxy capability when Zoom Phone is enabled and configured within the web portal.
    • Increase Zoom Room NDI Output Quantity - Win, Mac
      Zoom Rooms NDI supports up to six outputs at 1080p or up to 12 outputs at 720p.
    • Turkish and Polish Language support - Win, Mac, Appliances, ZP Appliances, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc, Win zrc, Web zrc
    • User interface enhancements - Win, Appliances, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      Settings, sign-in, and various sections in the user interface have been updated for Zoom Rooms Controller to match the look and feel of the new user interface.
    • Multiple-day meeting display - Win, Mac, Appliances, ZP Appliances, iPad ZR
      Scheduled meetings that run for multiple days will be displayed on the Zoom Rooms display for each applicable day.
    • Calendar integration parsing enhancement - Win, Mac Appliances, ZP Appliances, iPad ZR
      Added support for the parsing of calendar invites with 3rd party meetings in multiple languages. This allows for one touch-join of 3rd party meetings, with a non-English invite.
    • Camera switching enhancement - Win, Appliances, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      Switching cameras in a room with only two cameras will carry out the switch without prompting the user to the camera first.
    • Zoom Room API functions - Win, Mac, Appliances, iPad ZR
      Organizations can use API commands to answer or decline meeting invites, and mute or unmute microphone .
    • Support for Microsoft Teams meetings with DTEN ON devices - Appliances
    • Local only screen share - Win zrc, Web zrc
      Users can make screen shares visible only to themselves when sharing. This allows a user to read notes in a meeting that are not visible to other participants.
    • Spam call indicator- iPad ZR
      Users can see a spam call notification if one is detected.
  • In-meeting features
    • Zoom Smart Camera Auto-framing - Win, Mac
      Auto-framing automatically adjusts the camera view to cover all participants in the room. This feature now works with all Zoom-certified cameras. When Smart Gallery is enabled, the primary camera view will also use auto-framing.
    • Disable Broadcast Message from host to breakout rooms - Win, Mac Appliances, ZP Appliances, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      Admins on the account can now disable the ability for meeting hosts to broadcast messages to all breakout room participants.
    • Multi-pin and multi-spotlight - Win, Mac, Appliances, ZP Appliance, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      With host permission, users will now be able to pin up to 9 participants on their end. The host can also spotlight up to 9 participants for everyone in the meeting.
    • Watermark enhancements - Win, Mac, Appliances, ZP Appliances, iPad ZR
      Meeting hosts can edit the visual watermark, and turn it on or off during a meeting. Watermarks will display the entire email address over a participant's shared screen and video tile, as well as displayed over their video in most video layouts (Speaker, Gallery, Side-by-side). The watermark is also visibly more apparent as a tiled pattern across the video or shared screen.
    • Toggle participant entry tones - Win, Mac, Appliance, ZP Appliance, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc, Win zrc, Web zrc
      If the Zoom Room is the meeting host, participant entry tones can be toggled on or off from the room controller.
    • In-meeting chat emojis - Win
      Zoom Rooms users can view in-meeting chat emojis.
    • Show non-video user - Win, Mac, Appliances, ZP Appliances
      When Show non-video user is enabled during a meeting, the participant will see the non-video users thumbnails when a screen share is started.
    • Smart Gallery Improvements - iPad ZR
      Remote meeting attendees will be able to see which camera feeds belong to the same Zoom Room. Zoom Room camera feeds will sort together by default. Smart gallery is enabled by tapping Multi-stream on the zoom room controller.
    • Optimized in-meeting chat experience - iPad ZR
      The chat interface will not be covered by the meeting interface or the "participant is talking" notification.
    • Optimized user interface - iPad ZR
      The meeting interface has been optimized to resemble the standard Zoom Rooms meeting interface.
    • Optimized video utilization - iPad ZR
      The video layout has been optimized to make it as large as possible for the iPad screen ratio of 4:3.
    • Attendee annotation - Win zrc, Web zrc
      Meeting hosts can allow or prohibit attendee annotation on shared content.
    • Gallery view while screen sharing - Win zrc, Web zrc
      Users can swap shared content for video while screen sharing in a Zoom Room. Once this is done, gallery view is available.
    • Breakout rooms management - Win zrc, Web zrc, iPad ZR
      Meeting hosts can use the features of breakout rooms with a Zoom Rooms controller or touch screen.
    • Optional Reclaim Host when rejoining - Win zrc, Web zrc
      When the original host of a meeting rejoins, they are now given the to reclaim host controls or remain as a participant or co-host, in order to not disrupt the current host.
      Management features
    • Post-meeting virtual background auto-reversal - Win
      Users can and use any virtual background before or during any Zoom meeting. However, after the meeting is over, the user's background will be automatically changed to a default virtual background chosen by the admin.
    • Zoom Rooms controller status - Win, Mac, Appliances
      Additional enhancement for the status reporting of Zoom Rooms with multiple controllers, including the status of all controllers being displayed more accurately within the Zoom web portal.
    • Limit screen sharing for external meetings - Win zrc, Web zrc
      Administrators can restrict specific internal participants from screen sharing in a meeting with external participants.
  • Controller features
    • Dark Mode for user interface - iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      Administrators can change the current primarily white background user interface to Dark Mode.
  • Zoom for Home features
    • Support for Zoom Phone voicemail - Win
    • Touch up my appearance - Windows, Mac, Appliances, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      Gives the picture display a softer focus and enhances digital appearance in real-time when enabled. This feature is currently supported on Neat devices, Poly devices, Yealink devices, Logitech devices, Portal plus, Portal Go, Portal TV, and Echo Show 15.
    • Shared lines - Mac, Appliances, iPad ZR, iOS zrc, Android zrc
      The Shared Lines feature allows multiple users to share one extension number for outgoing calls.
    • Support for displaying Zoom Events on the calendar - Win zrc
      After registration, Zoom Events will appear on the user's calendar with a join .
  • Zoom Phone Appliances
    • Support for Poly CCX 400
    • Add four or more participants to a call
      The process for adding four or more participants to a call has been streamlined so it does not interrupt the session.
    • Mark voicemails as Unread
      Users can mark their voicemails as Unread.
    • Line View Enhancement
      Users can which group views are displayed at the top of the interface.
    • Group Call Pick up alert
      Administrators can define a time threshold for alerting a user's leagues when that user receives a group call but does not answer.
    • Call queue admin actions
      Administrators can enable barge, monitoring, and whisper for call queue admins from role management. Call queue admins can perform these actions for calls that are considered part of the queue, but not for personal calls.
    • Call monitoring on Shared Line Groups
      Admins can monitor calls on shared line groups.
    • Shared Line Group admin actions
      Admins can monitor, whisper, barge, takeover and conference barge.
    • Enable or disable Live Transcript in meeting
      Meeting hosts can turn on auto-transcription during a meeting. Live transcription will be generated automatically and appear on the room meeting display.
    • Access control policies
      Administrators can make configuration changes from the Policy tab of a user, group, or account. The policies include: setting the time window when users are allowed to make or receive calls, ing the locations from where calls can be made or received, setting restrictions for calls, setting emergency call settings, and determining which locations belong to a site.
