Why does DJSF1352-RN data communication using RS485 show precise data?

I have been trying to retrieve data from DJSF1352-RN such as Voltage , Current , Power and etc. But I am unable to get precise data as in the power monitor itself. For example, a reading of 24.835V in DJSF1352-RN display, RS485 packet only contains "24"(raw) data to be read without the decimal part. Please advise me in how to achieve this as soon as possible as I am running short on deadline.PS: But internal temperature and Current seems to be giving data for the first decimal but that is not sufficient either.Hope to hear from you soon.
