Adds control over “Coord” state and a function to remove mic signals

Improvement(s)

? "Coord n" functions (with n=1 to 4) to take full control over the state of a "Coord" button from a single GPI.

? "All PGM Buttons Off" function to remove the microphone signal of the four commentary positions from the "Program" mix bus using a single GPI. This function can also be assigned to a programmable function key.

✔ ️Ability to use the monitoring mix of the fourth commentary position as a source signal which contributes to the output mix buses. The left channel can be injected to "LINE 1" and "RAV 1" outputs, the right channel to "LINE 2" and "RAV 2" outputs.
