Power?

I had echo device over a year and this will be first time using. I’ m not able to power it on, I plugged into outlet.

Make sure the device is properly plugged in and the outlet is working. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to make sure it is not a problem with the outlet.
Check the power cable to make sure it is securely plugged into the Echo device and the outlet.
Try using a different power cable and adapter to see if that resolves the issue.
Press and hold the device's Action button (the one with the dot on it) for about 15 seconds. This will reset the device and may help it power on.
