AmazonDoes anyone else have problems with speech recognition? In the last few days it seems that I really have to shout at my echo so that Alexa can understand me, or rather hear me. Is it the same with you guys? Help! Help!
Absolutely! At first we thought it's maybe just ours but I've talked to a couple of friends who also have an Echo, it's the same with them
It's the same with my Echo but my Echo Dot works a little better.
Maybe it's a bug?? I don't get it. And it doesn't seem to matter whether you're using a 1gen or 2gen Echo...
I've read somewhere that it might be a reaction to holiday commercials for Alexa etc. So she doesn't react anytime a commercial mentions her. So a form of desensitizing her

If so, Amazon could just warn people. I don't get it. It seems to be mainly the problem with Echo and not Dot. Hope they'll respond to the problem soon.
