Does the trial plan require credit card information?

Normally, Amazon Chime does not require you to enter credit card information to use the trial program. You can sign up for the free Basic tier and use most of Amazon Chime's features for free.

The Basic tier offers features such as voice and video calls, chat, screen sharing, and the ability to join meetings. However, there are also higher tiers that offer advanced features such as user management and conference rooms.

If you choose a higher tier, you may need to enter credit card information to add your billing information. In this case, charges will be incurred if you exceed the free allowances or if you want to use additional features beyond the Basic tier.
