Can anyone tell me how I can reset my ATEN CAMLIVE Pro to factory settings?

press and hold the Bluetooth link button.
connect the power cable to the power socket to switch on the CAMLIVE™ PRO. Wait 10 seconds before releasing the Bluetooth link button.
the LEDs on the front flash simultaneously every 0.1 seconds and the CAMLIVE™ PRO is reset to the factory settings.
