Added support for AT-OCS-900N.

Bug fixes

Resolved an issue where the local RS-232 baud rate was not set correctly.
Resolved an issue where the Welcome Screen contained a purple tint.
Resolved an issue where after exiting maintenance mode, the display state could sometimes be out of sync.
