1.2.0 Provide many new features and a couple of functionality fixes

Improvement/s:

✔️ A new user registration on device start up is added to comply with the new California SB-327 regulations.

✔️ The unit now powers off the 5V power of the USB A ports when USB Host is inactive.

✔️ Option is added for USB follow video within the USB routing.

✔️ Option for the audio output to be muted.

✔️ Debug log is now downloadable via the system page within the webGUI.

✔️ Control over IP is added for web socket.

✔️ Added NTP/Time page to the webGUI for system control.

✔️ A new command for muting video to the API.

Resolved Issue/s:

? Video compatibility over HDBaseT with AT-OME-SR21 is increased.

? Distorted images no longer occurs with locally connected HDVS-CAM over USB.

? Unit no longer freezes when several USB hosts are connected while in Follow USB mode.

? Last connected USB host now enumerates all USB devices connected to the system.

? USB fallback now correctly works with USB hosts connected over HDBaseT.

? Telnet session now closes appropriately.

Known Issue/s:

❗ CEC commands may not always trigger some Samsung displays.
