In themselves, Dante and Ravenna are very similar. They are both AES67 compatible and use an IP based infrastructure. However, a advantage of Dante is its wider distribution and product choice. Ravenna has a higher maximum sample rate (348kHz) and is open source. Therefore the products with Ravenna may also be cheaper.
