New Framing Size Function and Bug Fixes in Update

New Features:

• Framing Size Function:
  Introduces different zoom-in size options for auto framing.
  Options include:
• Tight: Close-up view of meeting participants.
• Medium: Medium view of meeting participants.
• Loose: Wide view of meeting participants.

Enhancements:

• Change in People Count Behavior:
  People counting function continues to run when streaming is off, allowing third-party apps to access data.
• Auto Frame Mode Adjustment:
  Camera triggers framing detection once when USB streaming is on, regardless of presence.

Fixed Bugs:

• ✔ Fix the UVC control (e.g., zoom in) issues in Windows 10.
• ✔ Fix the DHCP failure issue.
• ✔ Fix Visca over IP acknowledgment issue.
