New Functionality and Bug Fixes in Latest Connectivity Update

New Features:

  • "Save Preset On/Off" function support added. When Off, users cannot change the preset point setting through the remote control, VISCA, IP webpage, or hotkey.

Enhancements:

  • Support for latest PTZ App version required for the new "Save Preset On/Off" function.

Fixed Bugs:

  • Bug Fixed: Resolved an issue where the system continuously receiving incomplete data caused speakerphone functionality to fail (resulting in robot voice/disconnect). Note: This does not apply if the speakerphone is not in 'connect' status or lacks power after system startup.

Open Issues:

  • VISCA power on/off command cannot disconnect RTSP streaming.
  • Mac OS is unable to save the manual focus value.

Update Instructions:

  • Important: Do not set "Require Password" while RTSP streaming is uploading.
