Optimization of the Presenter mode tracking

Changes

• Added two new tracking modes, ‘Hybrid Tracking’ and ‘Tracking (No Zoom)’
• Optimization of the Presenter mode tracking
• Added possibility to set IP address through OSD
• Added possibility to enable/disable Onvif through WebUI
• Added Visca commands to turn RTMP on/off
• Corrected a minor message id error in the Sony Visca protocol

Known Issues

• Hybrid Tracking Limit Set needs a switch of tabs before it can be used.
