Clickshare.exe does not start. Desktop App also not?

Hello,

we have several ClickShare system in use and on some devices the Clickshare.exe does not start. In the task manager it is visible for 1 second and disappears again. We have tried with different users (also admin rights) it. Desktop version behaves the same. On some PCs it works with user A and not with user B (same or even less permission) on another PC but user A also can not start the .exe.

Virus software has also been disabled, USB policies do not exist.

Try uninstalling the software and running it again using the ClickShare button.
