- Passive pens with touchscreens working inconsistently on devices like Newline, Sharp, and CVTE.
- Units occasionally not starting up properly from standby, displaying a black screen.
- SHARP PN-L501C: Content remained visible after exiting annotation.
- Cameras (e.g., Bose VB-1) disconnecting during sharing; a retry mechanism introduced.
- Improved stability for Bose VB-1 by disabling UVC controls and fixing audio issues.
- Resolved black screen issue when sharing via button.
Open Issues:
- Users must ensure YouTube is closed before Airplay full screen to avoid overlay issue (KB11880).
- Sharp touch displays may experience offset after waking the base unit.
- Third connection attempt via Miracast can cause device reboot with two sources on screen.
Update Instructions:
- Important Notes:
- For automatic ClickShare App startup when plugging in the Button, install ClickShare Windows Driver version 1.20. More info in KB12204.
- ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is required for wireless detection of the Base Unit.
- Always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel for optimal Wireless Presentation performance, adjustable via ClickShare Configurator.
- Version v02.10.01 is the lowest permissible version and does not allow downgrading after installation.
