Known issues
- In some cases, enabling BYOD protocols (Airplay, Miracast or Googlecast) can cause unexpected disconnections. If these protocols are not used, it is recommended to disable them.
Important notes
- In order for the ClickShare app on the Button to start automatically when plugged in, version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows driver must be installed on the device. Please refer to KB12204 for more information.
- The ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is required to enable wireless (Wi-Fi and ultrasonic) detection of the Base Unit.
- We strongly recommend always using a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel to optimize wireless presentation performance. These settings can be changed via the ClickShare configurator.
- Upgrading to a version earlier than 02.14.00 does not allow downgrading to a version earlier than 02.14.00.
