• ✔ ️ClickShare Desktop App has been updated to v04.17.00.0009

Fixed Bugs:

• ✔ In rare occasions, the Base Unit would fail to start up, particularly after a power outage.
• ✔ After frequent use, users experienced a black screen or wallpaper when starting sharing.

Open Issues:

• ? Sometimes Buttons can't connect if they are plugged in before the Base Unit has fully started. Refer to KB8293.

Update Instructions:

• ? Updates via auto-update will be available 2 weeks after the public availability of the firmware.
• ? To start the ClickShare App on the Button automatically when plugging it in, version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows Driver is needed.
