Can't establish a connection?

Dongle flashes, launcher and dongle files open, but after that only "Prepare from" and "Select conference room" is displayed. No connection is established, nor can I select a room.

Had the dongle already connected to the receiver in the front via USB, did not help.

What can I do?

Dear,

please try to reset the base unit, and try to pair the button again. How to reset:

Next to the AC connector on the backside of the base unit, is the reset button.

Unplug the base unit from the AC, and push the reset button (with a pen/needle), and keep it pushed.

Plug the AC back into the base unit, while keeping the reset button pushed, and hold the reset button pushed until the power led starts blinking red/white fast.

Release the reset button, the base unit reboots by itself.

Pair the button with the base unit, and try again.
