Barco will not start, status light is solid red.?

Hello,

Our Barco ClickShare is currently not responding at all. The lamp is continuously red, it is not accessible on the LAN, nothing is displayed on the monitor, and a reset is also not possible (the lamp does not start flashing red/white, as it should).
