Base lights up solid red Nothing possible what to do?
Recently I have many base units that only light up red, button can't connect, clickshare doesn't generate wifi, base can't reboot.

Hi,
please try to reset your device. Next to the power connection on the back side of the base unit, you have a reset button. Please disconnect the base unit from power, push the reset button and keep it pushed, reconnect power while still holding the reset button pushed, and hold the reset button until the LED starts to flash red/white.
When this happens, stop holding reset button pushed and the base unit reboots by itself. Then everything is set to delivery status, except the firmware.
Then the unit should work again, but please do not forget to pair the button with the base unit again.
Please keep also in mind to keep your ClickShare unit always up to date with the latest firmware.
