ClickShare App Update v04.17.00.0009 Released

• ClickShare Desktop App has been updated to v04.17.00.0009.

• Resolved Issue: In rare occasions, the Base Unit would fail to start up, especially after a power outage.
• Resolved Issue: After frequent use, users might see a black screen or wallpaper when starting to share.

Open Issues:

• Known Issue: Sometimes Buttons can't connect if they are plugged in before the Base Unit has been fully started. Refer to this link.

Update Instructions:

• Note: Updates via auto-update will be available 2 weeks after the public availability of the firmware.
• Note: To start the ClickShare App on the Button automatically when plugging it in, version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows Driver is needed.
