ClickShare Releases New Features for Enhanced User Experience

New Features:

• Custom Button Integration: Greater flexibility for integrating ClickShare devices with full control over connection and wireless settings.
• Windows Driver Support: Automatic driver launch on Windows 7-10, eliminating manual actions before sharing.
• Prevent Laptop Standby: Ensures laptops remain active when sharing content, enhancing presentation experience.

Enhancements:

• Auto Renewal of Certificates: Automatic renewal process for (self-signed) certificates when expired, unnoticed by users.

Fixed Bugs:

• In certain instances, the internal Wi-Fi module became unavailable, requiring a reboot of the Base Unit.
• EAP-TLS authentication did not work post-reboot in some cases.
• No confirmation message appeared on the ClickShare configuration page for applied changes.

Update Instructions:

• Users must update Windows drivers to enable ClickShare Button detection. This update occurs automatically over Wi-Fi or can be done manually by plugging the Buttons into the Base Unit.
