ClickShare 1.10 Release Enhances Features and Security

New Features:
- DFS support for Buttons R9861500D01 and R9861500D01C
- Enables connection to DFS channels in the UNII-2A band.
- Functionality is restricted to models R9861500D01 and R9861500D01C paired with EU or NA SKU Base Units.
- Available on CSE-200+ with UNII-2C in the mentioned SKUs.
- [BETA] Support for additional SCEP servers
- Initial support for SCEP enrollment via generic servers added alongside existing support for NDES.
- Desktop App update
- Reduces latency and improves video sharing results during high PC load or resolution.
Enhancements:
- Extended parameters for NDES/SCEP enrollment.
Fixed Bugs:
- Base Units now properly join multicast groups.
- Touchback function is restored after USB touch screen attachment/detachment without needing a reboot.
- Several security improvements applied.

Update Instructions:
- The v01.10.00 update is minimal and prevents downgrading to previous versions post-installation.
