ClickShare Conference Update: New Features and Fixes Released

New Features:

• One Click to Sync: Mute states sync between MS Teams and peripherals.
• No need to re-pair the Button after room setup changes.
• Find XMS tenant info in the ClickShare web Configurator under 'XMS'.
• Configure wired authentication for SmartCare via XMS Cloud.
• Improved audio/video experience for face-to-face calls.
• Support for additional peripherals; see ClickShare website for details.

Enhancements:

• Improved audio/video experience when having a face-to-face call.

Fixed Bugs:

• Buttons unable to connect with the Base Unit in some cases.
• Occasional Button disconnect within 1 minute after Button plug-in.
• ClickShare App presence detection sometimes not working.

Update Instructions:

• Always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel for optimal performance; settings can be changed via the ClickShare Configurator.
• Update your ClickShare Mobile App to version 3.2.0 to ensure compatibility with this release.
• Note: Peripheral icons in the status bar are removed; they will return in the next firmware release.
