Fixed Bugs:
- Issues with using passive pens on touchscreens (e.g., Newline, Sharp, CVTE) have been addressed.
- The unit now properly starts up after standby, resolving the black screen issue.
- The Trio C60 is officially supported by CX-20/CX-30 from firmware 2.10.3 and above.
- Resolved visibility of annotated content on SHARP, PN-L501C after exiting annotation.
- Introduced a retry mechanism for cameras (e.g., Bose VB-1) that disconnect when sharing starts.
- Stability for Bose VB-1 improved by disabling UVC controls and fixing audio issues on front USB ports.
- Fixed black screen issues caused by button sharing.
Open Issues:
- Airplay with YouTube requires the app to be closed before sharing to avoid overlay issues (KB11880).
- Rapid muting on Jabra Speak devices can desynchronize with MS Teams.
- Conferencing controls malfunction on specific Jabra Speak 510 versions.
- Vaddio cameras streaming raw (YUV) video have limited resolution settings for CX-30 and CX-50.
- Saber series cameras (Saber Plus, Saber IP20x, Saber 4K) may lack images at resolutions above 480p.
- Higher resolution settings for Saber series cameras do not support 30fps.
- Sharp touch displays may show an offset after waking the base unit.
- Reboot issues occur when a third connection tries to establish via Miracast with two sources already on screen.
Update instructions
- To automatically initiate the ClickShare App on the Button upon plugging it in, install version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows Driver (see KB12204).
- ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is necessary for over-the-air detection of the Base Unit.
- Always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel to optimize Wireless Presentation performance via the ClickShare Configurator.
- Wireless client mode is supported; however, direct connection between the Button and Base Unit is recommended for Wireless Conferencing.
- Version v02.10.01 is a minimal version that prevents downgrading to earlier versions after installation.
