Fixed Bugs:

  • Issues with using passive pens on touchscreens (e.g., Newline, Sharp, CVTE) have been addressed.
  • The unit now properly starts up after standby, resolving the black screen issue.
  • The Trio C60 is officially supported by CX-20/CX-30 from firmware 2.10.3 and above.
  • Resolved visibility of annotated content on SHARP, PN-L501C after exiting annotation.
  • Introduced a retry mechanism for cameras (e.g., Bose VB-1) that disconnect when sharing starts.
  • Stability for Bose VB-1 improved by disabling UVC controls and fixing audio issues on front USB ports.
  • Fixed black screen issues caused by button sharing.

Open Issues:

  • Airplay with YouTube requires the app to be closed before sharing to avoid overlay issues (KB11880).
  • Rapid muting on Jabra Speak devices can desynchronize with MS Teams.
  • Conferencing controls malfunction on specific Jabra Speak 510 versions.
  • Vaddio cameras streaming raw (YUV) video have limited resolution settings for CX-30 and CX-50.
  • Saber series cameras (Saber Plus, Saber IP20x, Saber 4K) may lack images at resolutions above 480p.
  • Higher resolution settings for Saber series cameras do not support 30fps.
  • Sharp touch displays may show an offset after waking the base unit.
  • Reboot issues occur when a third connection tries to establish via Miracast with two sources already on screen.

Update instructions

  • To automatically initiate the ClickShare App on the Button upon plugging it in, install version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows Driver (see KB12204).
  • ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is necessary for over-the-air detection of the Base Unit.
  • Always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel to optimize Wireless Presentation performance via the ClickShare Configurator.
  • Wireless client mode is supported; however, direct connection between the Button and Base Unit is recommended for Wireless Conferencing.
  • Version v02.10.01 is a minimal version that prevents downgrading to earlier versions after installation.
