Update: ClickShare CX-20 base unit firmware v2.6.1.4

What did we fix:

• Buttons unable to connect with the Base Unit in some cases.
• Occasional Button disconnect within 1 minute after Button plug-in.
• ClickShare App presence detection sometimes not working.

The main new ClickShare Conference features in this release are:

• [One Click to Sync] Low latency screen sharing, improving your experience when having a face to face call and bringing more interactivity when using touch back or when simply sharing your screen.
• [One Click to Share] When sharing content in your UC tool, ClickShare will now detect this and automatically share this content onto the meeting room display.
• Find your XMS connectivity and Smart Care status more easily in the ClickShare web Configurator in a new 'XMS' section under 'System'.
• New 'Erase all settings' function under 'Troubleshooting' which reverts all settings to factory defaults without the need to go through the first time setup.
• Support for additional peripherals: the list of all supported peripherals can be found under documentation in the support section on the website.

Next to the addition of features, a number of known issues from the earlier firmware version has been resolved:

• Several fixes for CX-20 and CX-30 where the device could not wake up from standby or did not wake up the meeting room display.

Important Notes:

We highly recommend to always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel to optimize the performance of Wireless Conferencing. These settings can be changed via the ClickShare Configurator.
