ClickShare CX-30 base unit firmware v2.7.0.9

The main new ClickShare Conference features in this release are:

• [One Click to Sync] Meet in confidence thanks to the mute state in sync between MS Teams and the peripheral. Avoid hassle and confusion with having to mute and unmute in two different places: MS Teams and room microphone. Just click on one of them and the other will sync automatically.

• No more need to re-pair the Button after changing the room camera or room speakerphone setup connected to the Base Unit: the correct configuration is initialized when plugging in the Button.

• Find your XMS tenant info in the ClickShare web Configurator in the 'XMS' section under 'System', along with a to check your warranty details online.

• Configure wired authentication for the first time setup (activate, update and register for SmartCare via XMS Cloud).

• Improved audio/video experience when having a face to face call.

• Support for additional peripherals: the list of all supported peripherals can be found on the partnership section on the ClickShare website.

Next to the addition of features, a number of known issues from the earlier firmware version has been resolved:

• Buttons unable to connect with the Base Unit in some cases.

• Occasional Button disconnect within 1 minute after Button plug-in.

• ClickShare App presence detection sometimes not working.

Important notes:

• We highly recommend to always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel to optimize the performance of Wireless Conferencing. These settings can be changed via the ClickShare Configurator.

• Please make sure to update your ClickShare Mobile App to version 3.2.0 to use with this release.

• The peripheral icons in the status bar are no longer available in this release. They will be introduced again with the next firmware release.
