Known issues

• If Google Cast issues occur after 24 hours following a reboot, please reboot the device again to restore functionality.
• Establishing a Miracast connection may take longer due to the inability to use Miracast over Infrastructure mode.
• Sharing through Google Cast isn't working with Pixel Phones.
• Occasional failure happens when saving annotations on iiyama touchscreens.

Things to consider before upgrading

• When the desktop app encounters issues using peripheral devices at security levels 2 or 3, we recommend using Desktop App version 4.45.00 or higher. More information can be found in KB15298.
• In order to start the ClickShare App on the Button automatically when plugging it in, version 1.24 of the ClickShare Windows Driver needs to be installed on the device. More information can be found in KB12204.
• ClickShare Desktop App v4.30.2 or higher is required when using a Button to connect when the App is installed.
• ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is required to allow over the air (Wi-Fi and ultrasound) detection of the Base Unit.
• To optimize Wireless Presentation performance, we highly recommend always using a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel. Changes and settings could be applied via ClickShare Configurator.
• We suggest using the HDMI cable that could support 4K capabilities and limit the EMC exposure with 360-degree bond shielding design to guarantee picture quality.
• Upgrading past Version 02.15.01 will not allow you to roll back to older versions before 02.15.01.
