Clickshare connection errors and camera freezes?

For meetings and presentations we use a Barco Clickshare CX-50 in each of our two meeting rooms.Following setup is used in both:

  • Clickshare CX-50 set with base unit and 2 Buttons connected to a
  • Logitech Rally conference System with a
  • Samsung TV QB98T
The whole system is connected with a Multimedia Rack (e.g. to broadcast the picture to both screens)

So the problem is that the cameras freeze after some time and the buttons lose their connection. The screen turns white and the buttons change from "red" (connected) to the turning white circle. In Room 2 the connection is even worse - it freezes every few minutes. Also the camera "awakens" and powers off again even if there is no connection from the clickshare to it.
The whole system has a static IP and is in the same network. We update everything constantly and use the "Barco certified firmware for Logitech Rally".
Every help with this case is much appreciatedBest regardsChristian

Top answer
  • The spinning white circle means that the Clickshare is establishing a connection or that the button is busy.
  • Check if the system is up to date.
  • Disable all power saving settings in the web interface.
  • Connect the buttons to the Clickshare and perform an update.
  • Download the Clickshare Desktop App and test it with the app.
