The Beckhoff CX9020 has a few memories that are used in general:
- There is the Main memory, available with 1 GB DDR3 RAM (but unfortunately not expandable)
- Then we have the Persistent memory, presented with 128 kB NOVRAM integrated
- Lastly, there is a Flash memory, separated into 2 x slots for microSD card, with 512 MB included (expandable with possibility for more to add)
