Neets Solvo Box not recognized, where can I find the drivers?

Hi,
Impossible to install the drivers when I plug the USB cable to the Neets Solvo Box, I try different USB port (2.0 / 3.0 on both side (PC/Box)). Impossible to find the drivers or firmware on the website.

To connect the PC to the Solvo, you will need a USB-B (3.0 / 2.0) to USB-A or USB-C data cable.
Connect the Solvo as shown in the picture
The other USB ports are for the other devices (camera, microphone, speakers) that you want to connect to your PC.
A firmware update is not necessary or possible.
