New TEC-X Features and Bug Fixes Released in Tesira 4.4.0
New Features:
- Significantly improved performance for TEC-X features, including:
- Multiple pages
- Anti-aliased fonts
- Icons
- Configurable button state properties
- Easier TEC-X device configuration with the introduction of TEC-X blocks.
- Standard Tesira Control Blocks are now used for TEC-X 1000 and TEC-X 2000 devices in new configurations.
- Deprecation of TEC-X JSON configuration files; configuration data is now stored in the Tesira TMF configuration file.
- TEC-X Control Dialog replaces the Control Pad Designer, invoked by double-clicking a TEC-X block.
- System Description displayed in the Firmware Update dialog.
- Support for updated components in TesiraFORTÈ AVB and TesiraFORTÈ DAN for Rev. C (requires Firmware 4.4.1 or later).
- Support for updated components in Parlè TCM-1 and TCM-1A Rev. C (requires Firmware 4.4.1 or later).

- Resolved issue where Tesira software exited and restarted when using help files that had been removed.
- Resolved issue with Server IOs using single cable networking that lost communication with expanders.
- Resolved issue with TC-5D unable to proxy expanders in Tesira 4.3 firmware.
- Resolved issue with RSTP and IGMP reporting wrong status in Event Logs.
- Resolved TEC-X issues, including:
- Preset recall command on latch did not update button state.
- LED Lightbar didn’t update color on Press and Hold.
- Control over matrix mixer crosspoint level with RAW TTP command issues.
- Excessive delays and data inaccuracies with TEC-X knob and buttons.
- Blocks with an instance tag containing a space could not be controlled.

Update Instructions:
- After upgrading to Tesira 4.4.0, existing TEC-X 1000 and TEC-X 2000 products will be in an unconfigured state.
- Manual steps are required to migrate your existing TEC-X configurations.
