Tesira Update: Performance Improvements and Bug Fixes

• Added new firmware file "TesiraXFirmwareWebVersion_v4.1.2.9.tfa" for easier web-based updates

• Resolved software issue with TEC-X configuration files when using a comma as a decimal separator
• Fixed assignment issue in logic Flip Flop blocks during compilation
• Level bar on TEC-X now updates correctly when button is held
• Resolved analog audio issue on TesiraLUX OH-1 HDMI output
• Port 1 on TesiraCONNECT TC-5D now preserves media filter settings across reboots
• TesiraCONNECT and Forte X no longer block AVB MAAP packets with IGMP enabled
• Fixed gPTP renegotiation issue in TesiraCONNECT when an upstream switch reboots
• TesiraFORTE X now remains discoverable without rebooting in certain circumstances
