Howcome my bluetooth has stopped working?

I have a Philips bluetooth speaker S3505. Up until yesterday it worked perfectly. I have checked on my computer and my speaker is connected/paired, but when I switch the speaker on, I can now only get sound directly from my computer. Can anyone help?

Here are some steps you can try:

  1. make sure your computer has the default audio output device set to the Bluetooth speaker. To do this, go into your computer's audio settings and look for an option to change the default audio output device.
Check to see if the speaker might be paired with another device. If so, disconnect the other device from the speaker. 3.
Delete the Bluetooth connection between the speaker and your computer and pair them again. To do this, go to your computer's Bluetooth settings and look for the option to remove the paired speaker. Then start the pairing process again.
  2. If none of this works, you can try resetting the speaker to factory settings. To do this, you should refer to the speaker's user manual to find out how.

If none of these steps solve the problem, there may be a problem with the speaker itself that may require repair. In this case, contact the manufacturer directly.
