Resolved Issues:

Channel number property value in ACP measurement gets ignored for Packet Types other than LE
State transition error thrown after a resource reservation error occurs while sharing resources between RFmx & NI-RFSG
NI_RF_PAPR parameter is incorrectly computed and saved with file version 2.0.
