Delete/update Outlook appointment series of an inactive account ?

Hi Group,

after switching the account from free to paid, I got a new url for my personal space.

Unfortunately, this url is in an outlook appointment series and lead the participants astray.

Problem: I can not delete the appointments, because apparently I have to send a cancellation, but this no longer works because of the new account parameters.

WebEx cancel does not work for the same reason.

Has anyone an idea how I get this solved?

I do not want to have until retirement these appointment corpses in my calendar.

Have you by chance given another account/user the permissions to delete appointments? If so, this account could do it for you.

If this is not the case I would recommend you to contact the support of Webex, as they have the possibility to do this manually.
