In order to reset the Admin Account password the control system has to be reset to factory settings. This can be carried out with the following steps:
- Remove all wires including the power plug from the device
- Reconnect the power plug
- Press the HW-R button
- Wait for the MSG LED to light up
- Press the SW-R button 5 times with 1 second gaps between each press
- The device will carry out the factory reset. This will take 5-10 minutes
