Upgrade Instructions

  • CP4-R V2: Please confirm that your processor is a V2 model before loading FW manually. To confirm, connect to the processor via text console in Toolbox and issue the command "ver -v". The model number on the first line will show "CP4-R (HW Ver 2) Cntrl Eng". If wrong file is used there are no side effects, and the Firmware upgrade will fail.

  • Added support for Conditionals and Variables
  • Conditionals let you create IF and ELSE statements in Sequences. In IF statements, the value of variables or the value of device states can be compared
  • Added additional events for devices and subsystems providing the ability to program actions based off state changes
  • Added support for creating lock codes via the Crestron Home application for Crestron Yale InfinetEX locks
  • “Cloud Owner” status is required via the app to create lock codes
  • Added support for the DGE-1000. A Video Preview is shown on the video control pages for sources routed to the DGE-1000. The full-screen video view is available via the selection of the video preview window

  • Resolved issue where security system function buttons were not updating in the end-user app after being modified in the setup app
