Known Issues

  • Camera streams that include a “?” in the password will not properly display on Crestron Touch Screens
  • In larger multiprocessor systems the confirmation popup when adding a child processor may take upwards of 30 second to dismiss
  • It is not recommended to utilize the new Phillips Hue driver with MC4-R V1 processors. To determine if you have the newest hardware verify that the serial number of your processor is greater than 2211JBH14341. It can also be verified by connecting to the processor via text console in Toolbox and issue the command "ver -v". The model number on the first line will show "MC4-R (HW Ver 2) Cntrl Eng".
  • Third-party Lighting Known Issue: o Saving the Global Baseline settings from a third-party light will cause the Global Baseline setting for DMX lights to be out of sync for systems that contain both third-party lights and DMX lights
  • Paging Known Issues:
  • If Paging is not functioning properly on a panel, first try to restore the panel to factory settings. It's possible that older SIP configurations are causing the Paging feature to function incorrectly
  • Paging may not work properly from a TST-1080 when using Rukus networking equipment
