Can you do a CP3N to a CP4N series conversion?
Is there an to run CP3N programs on a CP4N platform and vice versa or is it not the recommended way to go?

The CP3N program can be run on a CP4N with no problem. I would not recommend running a program created for a CP4N on a CP3N as the CP4N has a more powerful processor.
