XiO Cloud Program Connector support
Important Information:
- Due to an updated version of OpenSSL, HomeKit does not function properly in this release. If you are using HomeKit, do not upgrade to this release.
- DSC PowerSeries Neo drivers will not work with this version of firmware.
New:
- XiO Cloud Program Connector support. This enables programmatic control from XiO Cloud. This feature requires include4.dat and NuGet package version 2.21 or higher. More information about this exciting new feature can be found here
- Added the ability to change the referrer policy on the webserver with the WEBSERVER REFERRER-POLICY console command. This is necessary when using Apple iPad devices with Zoom Room Control. More information can be found here
Resolved bugs:
- Resolved an issue with static IP addressing on router-based products that was introduced in firmware 2.8004.00042
- Resolved an issue with programs not always stopping cleanly when socket communication was in a pending state.
- Resolved an issue on router-based products with a Rev3 router where 2-way audio in SIP calls with devices on Control Subnet and a SIP server on LAN side would not work.
- Resolved an issue where Ethernet devices that have SHA1 disabled could not connect to the control system.
- Resolved an issue where IGMP packets would be forwarded on router-based products.
- If SSH login name has a different casing from the user created on the device, public key-based authentication wouldn’t work.
- Resolved an issue with multiple RF devices waking up at the same time losing feedback to the control system.
- Resolved an issue with an unsecured service that could be exposed by users with administrator access on router-based products.
- Upgraded the following packages:
- dhcpd-6.11.7 (CVE-2019-11766)

- This release adds support for the XiO Cloud Program Connector. For C# programs, we’ve included example code in our C# documentation to show how to register and use the XiO Cloud Program Connector slot. For SIMPL Windows, the help file has been updated to explain how to use XiO Cloud Program Connector in SIMPL programs.
