Open issues

  • An API change was made in version 6 that modified the stream name from "stream1" to "stream01". A leading zero was incorporated to ensure uniformity across product lines.
  • Some Logitech cameras may have poor audio quality when routed through NVX USB extension
  • In some cases, removing and adding background images may cause a random loaded image to appear. This can be resolved by ing a specific image after loading new images.
  • Clearing the OSD while the feature is enabled, may leave the first character. Setting the feature "off" will resolve this issue.
  • When changing endpoints from point to point mode to traditional configuration, the multicast address will need to be manually changed.
  • Authentication screen may be displayed after a reboot. A refresh may be required to clear this error
  • When downgrading to 4.x or below, you will not be able to create a custom EDID entry in the lower FW version. All other entries will remain operational.
  • When upgrading the DM‐ NVX‐ 35x, if analog audio was the ed audio source, it may revert to "Audio Follows Video". This can be resolved in the web UI, or via SIMPL programming.
  • Streaming settings cannot be changed on the web interface when Statistics are enabled.
  • Unable to delete Active Directory groups with "/" included in the name of the group.
  • When a CA certificate is added to the web interface, the page must be manually refreshed in order to update the list.
  • The DM‐ NVX requires Username/Password for 802.1x "EAP‐ TLS Certificate."
  • Crestron recommends using Google Chrome for firmware updates. When using other browsers, the firmware update may report as failed although it has actually succeeded. Check the firmware version in the status page to confirm a successful firmware update.
  • DM‐ NVX‐ 351 and 363 are unable to down mix some s of Dolby Atmos (MAT 2.0) and DTSX to PCM 2ch audio.
