Enhancements:

• Improved HBR audio stability to some AVRs such as Trinnov and Lingdorf.

Fixed Bugs:

• Resolved issues with dropped video or audio on some USB cameras including Huddly IQ.
• Fixed a problem where the DSP source selection would reset after a power cycle or source switch.
• Security enhancements implemented.

Open Issues:

• API change: Stream name modified from "stream1" to "stream01".
• Audio quality may be poor with some Logitech cameras routed through NVX USB extension.
• Random images may appear when removing and adding background images. Load a specific image to resolve.
• Background images may not appear after a power cycle.
• Test pattern generator may not render 3840x2160 @ 60 Y4:2:0 correctly for all patterns.
• Underscan issue: Incremental values resolve the underscan problem.
• OSD clearing may leave the first character; turning the feature "off" resolves this.
• Manual change needed for multicast address when switching from point to point mode.
• Reboot issue: Authentication screen may require a refresh to clear.
• Issues downgrading to 4.x or below; custom EDID entries will not function.
• Analog audio on DM-NVX-35x may revert to "Audio Follows Video"; fixable via web UI or SIMPL programming.
• Streaming settings cannot be changed on the web interface when Statistics are enabled.
• Deletion issue with Active Directory groups containing "/" in the name.
• CA certificate addition requires page refresh for list update.
• 802.1x “EAP-TLS Certificate” requires Username/Password.
• Browser recommendation: Use Google Chrome for firmware updates to avoid false failure messages.
• DM-NVX-351 and 363 unable to down mix some audio formats like Dolby Atmos (MAT 2.0) and DTSX to PCM 2ch.

Update Instructions:

• Firmware installation options include XiO Cloud, the device's webpage, Auto Update via a 3 Series Control System, or using an SFTP server; Crestron Toolbox not used.
• .PUF files no longer supported above firmware version 5.x; use .zip file from .puf when downgrading. See Online Help Answer ID 1000866 for details.
• .puf files supported in DM NVX Firmware version 2.0.3900.00049 and higher; extract appropriate .zip for devices running earlier firmware.
