Fixed Bugs:

  • ✔ Fixed issue with cascaded system configurations that enabled disabled ethernet ports during startup. See details

Open Issues:

  • With safe cascade turned off, cascaded blade information does not show up after a hot plug of the fiber/cable between the two switchers.
  • After a reboot or power cycle, XPanel may become stuck on a "system is loading" screen.
  • Adobe Air version 32 or later must be installed prior to XPanel installation.
  • It is recommended to uninstall previous versions of XPanel from Desktop before installing it from DMPS to avoid installation failure.
  • Video wall configuration on DMC-4KZ-HDO cards may be lost after a power cycle or switcher reboot; configuration can be recovered by resending values from Crestron SIMPL/C# program after system restart.
  • DM-MD8x8/16x16/32x32-CPU3(-RPS) doesn't support connecting LAN port and Content LAN port to the same subnet.
  • DM-TX-200-C-2G HID routing may not survive a switcher reboot; routes should be re-established after the endpoint is online.
  • Vertical bezel compensation value set from the DM Tool doesn't persist across reboot for DM-RMC-4KZ-SCALER-C; set the value programmatically when desired.
  • When routing same to more than 8 DMC-4KZ-HDO outputs in DM-MD16x16/32x32-CPU3(-RPS), some outputs may sporadically not switch correctly.
  • DM-MD32x32-CPU3 switcher may take an extra 15-20 seconds to recover audio post reboot when Audio Breakaway is enabled.
  • Audio double lock may occur during switching on DMC-4K-HDO and DMC-4KZ-HDO outputs for routing to all outputs in DM-MD32x32-CPU3 switcher.
  • DM-MD8x8/16x16/32x32-CPU3(-RPS) web-based XPanel configuration tool doesn't have redundant power supply status displayed.
  • DM-TX-4KZ-302-C DisplayPort may not work reliably with USB-C to DisplayPort cables and adapters.
  • TT-100 "Connect It" indicators may not function when connected to USB HID port of the DM-TX-4KZ-302/202-C; use COMPUTER port instead if necessary.
  • Audio_Format_fb, Audio_Channel_fb, and Audio_Sampling_Freq_fb joins don’t work for DMCI-DMC-4KZ-C/-DSP and DMCI-DMC-4KZ-HD/-DSP symbols.
  • When switching upstream, 4K/4KZ outputs may experience double audio lock with certain LG/Samsung Blu-Ray players.
  • DMC-4K-HDO output card may output bad video with HDR source routed, depending on I/O signal video resolution; DMC-4K-HDO doesn't support HDR.
  • DMC-4K/4KZ-DSP cards do not down-mix DTS:X or Dolby Atmos audio to PCM 2ch audio.
  • DM default 4k 60Hz 2CH/HBR EDID on DMC-4KZ-HD(-DSP) may produce unstable video when connected to select players.
  • Global EDID assignment via DM Tool to a fully populated DM-MD32x32 chassis may report false failures; assign input EDIDs in batches of 16 instead.
  • The DMC-STR may report a resolution of 0x0@0 when streaming from certain third-party IP cameras.
  • Apple keyboards may not connect reliably to RMCs.
  • All TXs (except TX-401-XX): HDMI audio may be unreliable with 480i video; all other resolutions work fine.
  • Streaming cards no longer support elapsed seconds, bitrate, and initiator feedbacks to enhance Crestron ToolboxTM stability.
  • Streaming unsupported audio formats (e.g., G.711) can cause the DMC-STR to lock up; use AAC audio instead.
  • Network issues may cause the DMC-STR to stop decoding a stream; stopping and restarting the stream may recover functionality.
