CrestronWhen trying to log in to a fresh Crestron DMPS3-4K-150-C, the toolbox prompts me to create a new user/password but gets rejected, and "unable to log in" appears. Any idea of what the problem might be?
Make sure that your Toolbox, Crestron DB, and DevDB are upgraded up to date because the latest release notes point to some fixes for First Boot Mode credential creation.
The other way might be trying to SSH using PuTTY so you can see if there is a possibility to create the credentials in that way.
