CrestronI was about to update my Crestron DMPS3-4k-150-C, which was not updated since the first installation, but I find it impossible to get past the flash-based controls.
Always shows - No firmware package found. Please load the firmware package using an external SD card or via FTP.
The update package is provided to certified Crestron partners. It is best to contact the integrator who installed the system for you.
