Various sets of resolved issues for better functionality

SIMPL Bug Fixes

• UI Project Device Settings: Removed the option to include VTPro-e project files in SIMPL archives. SIMPL automatically includes referenced VTPro-e project files (.vtp only) in the archive.

• Duplicate Device Programming for Fusion Room Guids: Fixed issue in duplicating device programming from one Fusion Room instance to another. The target Fusion Room instance ID was being overwritten with the ID from the source Fusion Room.

• Import RSD via Program Tree context menu: The "Import/Refresh Remote System Definition File" option will now be enabled if the selected device symbol in the program tree is an Ethernet Intersystem Commnication (EISC) device symbol. Previously, this would only be enabled if the selected EISC device already had a Remote System Definition associated with that EISC.

• Added RSD Import/Export support for the VC-4 EISC Client

• Add Mulitple Copies of a Device: Increased the maximum value that can be added at one time. This is in support of BACnet and XIO devices, and SIMPL will still limit the actual amount that can be added, per device model definitions.

• Updated "Make Symbol Complete" to complete analog/serial buffer symbols when there is only a signal on either the input or output.

• Fixed issue with uploaded an .lpz to a VC4, when compiled on a Chinese Windows computer.

• Fixed issue in Duplicate Device Programming where prefixes were being applied to signals that were marked as disabled ( i.e. signals with "//" in front of signal name).

• Fixed issue when adding the maximum allowed BACnet objects, where the last object was not being added. Example: if the control system allows 500 objects, only 499 were being added.

SIMPL+ Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue in SIMPL+ compilation of modules referencing a User Library for 4-series target.
