Crestron Toolbox disconnects after upgrading to a new version?

After upgrading the Crestron Toolbox to the 3.11.3 version, it keeps disconnecting after about 20 minutes and keeps causing issues for monitoring events. Any ideas for what might be causing it?

This seems to be an issue with the Control System, rather than the Toolbox. The Crestron Control System is probably closing the connection after 20 minutes.

To fix that, enter this command line in the Control system:

setlogooffidletime 0
